THE SETTING

San Francisco, 2039. Trump is serving his sixth term as president, Amazon have purchased Greenland and gun ownership is mandatory for all US citizens. 

​

THE STORY

Victor Frankenstein is a loyal Facebook employee until he is dismissed for abusing user data. Undeterred from his quest for knowledge, Victor embarks on an unorthodox technological experiment in a bid to create the perfect humanoid.

Liver&Lung presents Frankenstein 2039, a stage adaptation of Mary Shelley's famous Gothic horror novel. Frankenstein 2039 promises a terrifying exploration of the limitations of scientific technology, the essence of the human condition and the pursuit of good over evil.
